In this age of globalization there is no alternative but to adopt the science and technology for the development of a country. Bangladesh being a quick developing country with large population and poor economy should turn its attention towards the developments of Computer science education. The Computer Engineering & Technology of BTC is always committed to ensure quality education with a unique academic environment combining modern technologies and facilities with experienced faculty members. This department is ready to contribute for the overall development of the country with the tools and techniques of science. The Department of Computer Engineering & Technology was set up under this college in academic year 2010-2011. Diploma in Computer Engineering program under BTEB was launched in 2012-2013.
