Today at 09:30am BTC English Language Club arranged a debate competition on “Only technical education can advance the country” in presence of Bangladesh Technical College principal Mr. Md. Afzal Hossain.
Mr. Md. Afzal Hossain President of English Language Club presided over the program. Six contestants are divided into two teams participated in the competition. Between the two teams opposition team becomes the Champion.
The members of the Champion team are Md. Arafat Hossain, Fathamatuzzhara & Mehedi Hasan. The members of the defeated team are Md. Ashik Mia, Md. Afridi Hossain & Md Asif Akter. The Best debater is selected from opposition team Md. Arafat Hossain.
In the program BTC principal Mr. Md. Afzal Hossain inspired the students telling the importance of English. He also urged the students to practice English within the campus to prepare themselves for the global market. The use of logic and intelligence can sharpen merit, showing the way to freedom. There will be logic and argument against each and every subject, and this argument is presented and showing the right destination. He said these words in the debate competition hosted by BTC English Language Club in the morning.
